HUNT CLUB LEASE LIABILITY INSURANCE

Mississippi Forestry Association (MFA) and Davis-Garvin Insurance Agency have joined together to provide affordable Hunt Club Lease Liability Insurance.

Type of Insurance

• Carrier Information - Praetorian Insurance Company; Admitted Carrier (A Rated)
• Comprehensive General Liability
• Liability Limit: $1,000,000 each occurrence / $2,000,000 aggregate
• Fire Legal Liability Limit: $50,000
• Medical Payment Limit: $5,000
• Deductible: $ 0 per occurrence
• Member-to-Member Coverage
• Guest Liability Coverage
• Defense costs outside policy limits
• No policy exclusions for liability from tree stands or ATV's
• Liability protection for occurrences arising out of activities and operations of the hunt club, members, guests, agents, or employees
• Master policy basis
• Landowners can be listed as an additional insured
• Separate certificate issued to each hunt club and each landowner
• The club must have a written lease with all landowners listed on the application for coverage to apply

There is no pro-rating of premium for coverage bound after July 1st.

Named Insured: MFA – Member hunt clubs leasing land from MFA member landowners.
